Andy Revell.
Andy Revell brings 15 years of coaching experience across NCAA Division I and II baseball, IMG Academy, and the high school level to Rally Alabama. His background combines hitting instruction, player development, and college recruiting, with coaching stops at Dartmouth, Xavier, Miami University (Ohio), and the University of Montevallo.
At IMG Academy, Andy served as Varsity Head Coach and later Hitting Coordinator, overseeing daily offensive development and incorporating technology into player training. During his tenure, he helped develop future MLB draft picks James Wood, selected No. 62 overall in 2021, and Elijah Green, selected No. 5 overall in 2022.
Most recently in college baseball, Andy served as Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Montevallo, his alma mater. He helped the Falcons achieve consecutive 29-win seasons in 2024 and 2025, coaching three hitters who earned All-Gulf South Conference honors in 2025. Earlier at Xavier, he worked with Nate Soria, who earned Big East Freshman of the Year and Louisville Slugger All-American honors.
Now an assistant coach at Helena High School, Andy brings both local knowledge and experience developing players for the next level to Rally Alabama. His work across college recruiting and competitive player development informs his approach to helping athletes build their skills and prepare for opportunities beyond high school.
